Berry’s Health Care Pvt. Ltd was established since 1954 by Late vaidya Dr. M. H. Kazi. The Founder is well known for his valuable contribution in the field of Ayurveda. Because of his Strong dedication and service to mankind and also for the research done on the Treatment for Major Diseases, he was rewarded by Late Mrs. Indira Gandhi as a scholar in .

Further, after the Sad Demise of the Founder, his son I. M. Kazi continued to struggle with the help of Dr. Prabhu Hugar from Nargund, who is associated with the organization since 25 years. With the uniqueness in the Remedies for major diseases has prone to start a Manufacturing and Marketing unit at Hubli.

The unit is being constantly upgraded keeping n view of the current trends in Manufacturing and without compromising with the basic principles of Ayurveda. Currently the unit has been upgraded with the Technical staff Dr. Nagaraj S. Munavalli, basically a BAMS doctor with a rich exposure in Ayurveda.
